Where do we ship to?
We mainly ship to the USA and to this list of Counties: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe (England, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Norway), Asia (Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc), We also deliver to Most of the countries in East Europe, South America, Middle East, and Africa and If you do not see your country listed, please contact us and we will make it happen!
Customs Duties and Taxes:
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and customs charges may be levied by the destination country.
Customs charges (import duties/taxes/clearance fees) are NOT included in your order and will be payable upon delivery by the recipient.
While we make our best efforts to maintain low international shipping costs, please be aware that your country's import fees are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their own countries. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are beyond our control.
Refused shipments due to non-payment of customs charges will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Methods:
We ship with DHL Or Fedex for express shipping, ensuring a speedy delivery within 5-7 working days (non-peak). For standard shipping, with an estimated transit time of 10-20 days. Hanfu Era shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Potential processing and shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods (seasonal sales and holiday periods) adverse weather conditions, flight availability, processing facility staff shortages, and temporary closures.
While we strive to provide efficient shipping services, we want to clarify that Hanfu Era is not liable for any delays that occur during the transit of your order. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please double-check that the submitted shipping address is correct and contact your local postal service.
Please note we can no longer lodge order investigations for orders older than 2 weeks past your suggested delivery date.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out. You can track your package on our website or track it on a specific brand, such as DHL and other reliable shipping companies' websites by entering the tracking number we provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
